Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders placed on the Mr Green store are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume sale periods or unexpected weather conditions, processing and dispatch may take slightly longer.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer reliable shipping across India to ensure your plant care products reach you safely.

• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (If you offer free shipping over a certain amount, mention it here, e.g., Free standard shipping on all orders over ₹499).

3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update the information.

4. In-Store Pickup Currently, we operate exclusively online and do not offer in-store pickup or direct factory walk-ins at our Zirakpur or Moga facilities. All orders will be shipped directly to your provided delivery address.

5. Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within India only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

6. Damages and Issues during Transit We pack our products, including the Miracle Plant Growth Booster and Neem Guard, with the utmost care. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@agrella.in with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
